No help from customer service, want you to do the impossible and jump through hoops to deter returns including paying for shipping back and forth. Very disappointing will not ever deal with Bogg. Now I’m stuck with a damaged bag. Friends and family will be provided with information regarding the poor support I received! Wow!!!!
