RETURNS
You may not return or cancel your Black Angus Steakhouse Gift Card after it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel a Gift Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact Customer Support.

LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS
If you suspect that someone has copied, stolen, or used your Gift Card without permission, contact Customer Support immediately. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. Black Angus Steakhouse reserves the right to void Gift Cards if Black Angus locations in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Washington State, Hawaii, and Alaska or Cattle Company locations in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Washington State, Hawaii, and Alaska suspects that a Gift Card is used fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
