Q: How would these hold up if I cut them to match the measurements of my window?

Not blackout curtains, at most I would call it light filtering. The back layer is made from a fuzzy felt like texture that falls apart easily. So if that back layer falls off more light will come through the fabric layer of the curtain as holes of light. Would not recommend this product. Also this rod pocket style is primarily for decorative looks, not meant to easily open and close. Remember to research which curtain style works best for your window needs.

This photo was taken with a so-called "blackout" curtain, and there was even an extra pleated curtain behind it. Please, just buy a better-quality blackout curtain next time. Don’t try to save a little money now; you’ll just end up buying a better one later anyway, which is even more wasteful. Like me.

These are great curtains for the price but 100% agree with other customers: they are grey-green, not grey and they are not black out as stated. They definitely help control light, but they do not block the light out like higher, priced blackout shades do.

I really like stripes. The price is very affordable. They are providing a nice black out of light for our bedroom. They are thinner than I was anticipating which makes them feel sort of cheap. They hang fine. I love them without having a huge investment.

These def did help block out a lot of sunlight, but they look like shower curtains. They’re very heavy and stiff and make the room feel cold bc they’re so silvery looking. I tried ironing them to maybe soften the material up some, and that caused holes in the blackout lining, which was very evident in the daytime.
