Pretty Much Nothing Was In the Applicator Bottle

I purchased one of these and then returned/exchanged it for another one. Both had the same issue. There was a miniscule amount of eyebrow mousse in the applicator bottle. I tried moving the wand up and down and twirling it, etc. Nothing. There was a tiny bit at the tip of the wand but that was it. DO NOT BUY. A waste of time and money. I have used this product in the past and loved it. I am so disappointed in its current incarnation.

Best brow tint

The best brow tint I have found. It’s a great alternative to expensive professional brow tinting. I first bought the Blinc Eyebrow Mousse over 10 years ago and loved it. Over the years, I have tried numerous different brands as the Blinc was not sold in many stores. However, none of them were better than the Blinc. I was so happy when Target recently started selling Blinc products. The Blinc covers gray brow hairs well and looks natural. The dark brunette shade is a perfect match for me. It stays put during the day and doesn’t flake off like some other brands.

essential product!

This is a daily necessity for me, I'm in love! My brows are naturally lighter than my hair so I love the dark brunette to help match. I live in Florida and with the humidity and with this I never have to worry about sweating my brows off. Super natural doesnt feel like any product is on and it really stays put!!
