Best brow pencil out there!
This is the best brow pencil I am have ever used!! I like my brow pencils to be a little thinker as I have sparse brows and it takes for ever to fill with the thin pencils. The pencil fills them fast and they look amazing. I'm very happy with this purchase and you can't beat the price!!

I don’t know why there are so many good reviews. This pencil is terrible! It applies clumpy, sort of like a thick, waxy, pomade consistency. It sticks to the hairs so you end up getting more product than intended and can’t apply with any sort of accuracy. The spoolie is the only redeeming factor - you can spread and blend the product around so it looks better. My photo shows what the application looks like with the dark color AFTER using the spoolie.

The best eyebrow pencil ever
I tried this eyebrow pencil for the first time several years ago when I clicked on a Facebook ad for a free sample (and I got a full-size pencil!). I honestly did not have any high or even moderate expectations for it, especially given the low price. I could not believe how much I loved the product. I always buy the waterproof version, and it does not smudge throughout the day, not even when I wash my face with water; my eyebrows stay put all day! This is the best eyebrow pencil ever (and I've tried MANY). I always buy several to keep in stock, so I never run out. This was my first experience with ELF Cosmetics, and since then, I've tried several other products, and I've become a fan.

My go to brow pencil. I have used more expensive brow fillers and this one is my favorite. I do use the blonde color and my hair is light brown. I think it runs a bit dark.
