This has been AMAZING and I am a supplement skeptic. Severe dry eyes worsened to the point that I using an overnight ointment and preservative free eye drops 6-7 times a day and my eyes were still annoyingly dry and itchy. I had minimal expectations. My symptoms improved in about 10 days and have used about 30 days. I still need the overnight ointment 2-3 days a week and eye drops 1-3 times a day but that's a huge improvement.

Next the texture of the pills isn’t bad at all, they are small and easy to swallow with a bit of water. And after taking the pills for about 2 weeks I truly felt a difference in my eyes and as I continue to take them I can notice the effectiveness of the pills. And last of all the it’s a good products for those who struggle with dry eyes.

In the future, if I have to, I believe the ingredients in this product is probably safer than eye drops themselves. The effectiveness is mild-but they definitely provide moisture to your eyes in about a month. I believe if you suffer from dry eyes, this is definitely a solution. I Would absolutely recommend trying.

I live at altitude and need to use eye drops 5x a day per my dr suggestion and once I started taking I didn’t need to. The pills themselves are easy to take with a soft coating (with no taste and zero smell). The weird thing is you need to take in between breakfast but it’s easy enough. Definitely gonna keep taking these!
