Worst coffee beans I've ever purchased
The beans looked like dried up cardboard and had absolutely no flavor. I can’t believe they actually get away with selling this. The bag wasn’t expired or spoiled either. Will never buy again.

My favorite coffee for pour-over
I tried these beans on a whim when they were on sale one day several months ago and haven't had anything else since! I personally love their light roast (why are so few light roasts available across all coffee roosters?), the company is fantastic (based out of Iowa!), and the price is amazing. Coffee this good is usually $20 per pound. I'm crossing my fingers the quality remains amazing as this brand continues to grow.

Tasted like year-old beans
Tasted like old beans because they were old beans. I didn't select the bag myself, a Target employee grabbed it for an order pickup. I would have never bought old beans myself like this. I tried them anyway, and of course much of the flavor was gone, compared to other fresh beans I have. It's crazy to have a two-year date on coffee beans. Buy something else instead.

Truly good coffee!
I’m terribly picky when it comes to coffee. This is one of the best I’ve ever had. Very crisp, with low acidity, blueberry forward, with chocolate base notes. A true light blend. If Target stops carrying this, I will hunt it down elsewhere!

Super good! We were looking for a new coffee to try and after looking through various coffees for a while, I really loved that this company is black owned and that they donate money to a great cause (youth development). My boyfriend and I weren’t sold on the smell, and in fact, it made us a little nervous that it would be too acidic, but the taste is great! If you like light roasts coffees it’s worth giving a try! Sweet and light coffee, good with or without any creamer/sweeteners. We’ll be buying this again and trying others from this brand.
