I’m usually in-between XS and S and purchased both sizes. Being pear shaped, I like both sizes for different reasons. The XS is hard to shimmy into, but fits when on. The S is a bit more forgiving, but the waist is a bit big. I’ll agree with other reviews that the halter neck is quite short, but I’m 5’3” and struggle to find things that fit the top half of my body, so this was perfect. The fact that it’s shorter means that I can go up a size without worrying about gaping. For reference, I’m 5’3” and 130 pounds and athletic. My underbust is 28”, waist is 26”, and hip at the widest part is 40”.

Really cute in the picture but it's doesn't look flattering on me at all. The material shows every little imperfection and isn't the same color all the way through (maybe bc I got the cream one) I sized up to a medium as recommended by other reviews but I don't really think it's necessary (5'4 120lbs)

I’m a big fan of Blogilates/PF and this dress is super cute! I have always loved a good halter and was pleasantly surprised that the strap wasn’t too long for my short 5ft tall frame. I like how it shapes my boobs (with side support?) It’s super comfortable to wear. I just wish it came in more colors!

I read the reviews beforehand and as a curvy and tall woman (size 16/18, 5’9”) I decided to size up as others suggested. I typically would have done a 1X (i size down for stretchy fabrics) but sized up to 3X and it fits perfectly. The length is just right and doesn’t hug my problem areas. I also don’t mind that the halter neck isn’t adjustable because they seem to have gotten it right, however I am bigger chested. While it does have a shelf bra, it doesn’t come with removable pads however it does have the cut outs to allow you to add some if you wish. The material, halter neck and shelf bra do provide a decent amount of support though. I think if you could find your right size in sizing up, I’d definitely recommend. I love this for when I play pickleball outside in the summer!

I love so much about this dress, the silhouette, the color, the fabric, the pockets, the strategically placed tie, and the support. But unfortunately since the halter doesn’t adjust it doesn’t accommodate my bigger chest and I knew as soon as it was on that it would hurt my shoulders and neck. But dang I really wanted to love it! If you have a smaller chest, get this dress! It’s adorable and it felt so good on most of my body!

I’m 5 months postpartum 5’9” 165 lbs long legs, short torso, breastfeeding, and this fits perfectly. I bought my regular size medium and it fits like a glove. I feel covered enough to workout or practice hot yoga. Halter necks usually bother me just a little at the back of the neck & this one does too, but it’s so cute I don’t care. Reminder that Blogilates is her line at Target. Popflex will have a variety of sizing and specifics for most body types at a higher cost vs. what they have to work with here. I got this cause I want to wear blogilates within my budget. It's tough cause the romper/one piece feels like one size fits all. I got a large (5ft, 140, 34C). The top was fit in the front, slightly loose on the back. The rest of it fits great on me.

I tried on this dress during the first Target drop in a large cause that’s all they had left , I knew it would be too big for me and it was. So excited to see this dress again and I got a medium. It fits me perfectly!! I’m a little bit more on the petite side. 5’0, 34C/32DD and short torso. It fits my short torso perfectly. The halter strap is not too long and gives me perfect cleavage. The overall length is great and love the material. Super great for active or going out because of how versatile and sexy it is!! I can understand how for normal/long torso people can not be happy but for petite, short torso girlies this is perfect!!!

Love Blogilates and Cassie—especially now that her stuff is at Target!! The fabric for this dress is soooooooo comfy and I love the style, but size up. It’s very tight and definitely unflattering is areas that usually people like to hide.
