Bugs!!! Clothes Moth Larva on Rugs
Unwrapping the rugs, I noticed sand-like granules littering my floor. As I removed the plastic wrapping, I noticed holes in the rug with fibers pulled off where the tassels should have been. Upon further inspection, visible bug casings were present on the fibers. Larva began to emerge from these casings. A quick Google search led me to believe these are clothes moth larva. I am beyond disgusted and concerned I will have an infestation in my house. I do not want either rug, and I refuse to put them in my car for a return. They are immediately going into the outdoor bins as trash. I expect a refund. Please see my attached photos of the larva and the damage. And please be aware of this issue in either your warehouse or with your distributor. Thank you!
