I received this today. I noticed it did not come with a portable bag or extender like the pictures show. Also, if you read the booklet and when you use it, the heating is only for the bottom of your feet, not the calves as well. So, the pictures are a bit misleading. Nevertheless, it was easy to use out of the box. There are three massage modes - foot, calf, and foot + calf. Likewise, there are three compression gradings and heat settings. It’s easy to tell which is for the right leg versus left. It runs for twenty minutes on its own or you can stop it manually beforehand. I used it once so far for the foot + calf on the lowest compression with maximum heating and like it so far. We’ll have to see how it does in the long run.

Great for circulation
