Bob's Red Mill Grain Free Blueberry Muffin Mix - Case of 5/9 oz

A delicious muffin/coffee cake to enjoy morning & anytime! We love this mix, and, especially that it's grain free! I sometimes add a 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries or chocolate chips!

Bob’s Red Mill Grain Free Blueberry Muffin Mix is a convenient way to get delicious treats. I can easily make my own blend, since I already have the individual ingredients in my pantry and I love baking, but those tasty and plentiful dry blueberries convinced me to use this mix again and again. I actually used the mix for other things, not just muffins. It worked for pancakes and even microwave mug cakes. Since the blend includes almond flour, the baked goods don't raise too much and tend to be on the drier side. Definitely let the batter sit and absorb liquid for at least 10 minutes. I really liked that the mix isn't very sweet, and it uses a better quality sugar (coconut sugar). The blueberries are tart and chewy, and don't get bigger once baked. The scent is absolutely delicious from opening the bag to getting the muffins out of the oven. I would highly recommend sticking to regular eggs, the mix didn't worked well for me with flax eggs or applesauce.

Delicious and easy to put together for a morning treat! I'm used to grain- and gluten-free baked goods, so to me these tasted great and had a nice texture and crumb. I baked mine for a little longer to remove some moisture, give a firmer and more golden crumb, and to account for my wonky oven. They turned out beautifully and have been devoured within 24 hours!

This is so easy to prepare. Taste was very good. If you have to have grain free this is an excellent choice.

Was not thrilled with this mix at all. I did not add any frozen blueberries to it. Maybe that was part of the problem. But I don’t think I will be purchasing this product again.

The blueberries are a little chewy and not very many of them. I add fresh blueberries to the mix for more flavor.

The flavor was very good. The blueberries were a bit chewy but we enjoyed a muffin that wasn't overly sweet. I felt so good about them that I gave most of them to a neighbor for her birthday.

We made this in an 8x8 baking pan. It made great blueberry bars.

We had looked forward to eating these for days and days. Fresh out of the shipping box, and into the muffin tins! Unfortunately, they were not very good. They cooked up grainy and yet somehow mushy. The necessary sweet muffin crust was tasteless, bland, and dry. The blueberries were the saving grace: little bits of goodness in a sandy mess. Flavor—on track. Freshness—nice. Consistency— back to the drawing board. Here’s hoping.

These were amazing! I was a little skeptical with the batter because the texture seemed really strange, but they cooked up beautifully! We have four people in the house, all with vastly different tastes, and we all loved them! We ate them all within ten minutes!!!

The instructions were a bit confusing but we loved the muffins.

If you are expecting this to be the same as traditional muffin mix, this isn't for you. However, if you are following a gluten free diet, you will be delighted to have a mix that is so easy and tasty! I have been using Bob's Red Mill products for a few years and have never been disappointed!

Love the hearty nature of these, and not over sweet!
