Superior taste!
Love this as a source of fiber and nutrients, but would love to see a breakdown as compared to regular flax seed. This one tastes so much better I am concerned I may be giving things up like plant sterols or omega 3s.

Add nutrition, flavor, and body to all foods.
Together with Chia (ground in Coffee Grinder) I use as egg replacement options for making all the things. The Bread made with Chia/Flaxseed meal egg replacement is super crusty and lends itself to very crispy grilled cheese sandwiches (all gluten free). Love the nutty flavor and the body this gives when mixed with greek yoghurt. Love the omega-3 and fiber content.

Fantastic new bag design
I remember having Bob's Red Mill flaxseed meal with milk as a kid, and loving the taste. The only complaint I had back then was that the flaxseed meal would get stuck in the ziplock style bags and prevent the bag from closing. I decided to order some because of that nostalgia, and I was surprised to discover the new velcro-esque bags worked flawlessly. They are fantastic and should be replacing ziplock wherever possible, in my opinion.

Flaxseed meal makes cooking easier.
I used to grind the flax seeds myself, but found that the flaxseed meal works just great, especially in my steel cut oats in the morning.

Tasty and appetizing
I find this golden flaxseed to be more easily incorporated into my cooking than the darker variety. To me, the taste is milder and the golden color more appetizing. In addition to cooking with it, I do use a tablespoon or two mixed into my cold cereal. The fiber helps me to maintain regularity.
