A: Wood or silicone utensils are best on ceramic coated cookware.

I was initially hesitant to order these pans without seeing them in person, but they turned out to be excellent. They’re the best fry pans I’ve used apart from my Le Creuset cast iron—and at about half the cost. For nonstick cookware, they perform beautifully. They’re lightweight yet feel sturdy and well made, with a heat-resistant handle that’s comfortable and well positioned. Highly recommended!

I wish I'd bought these pans years ago! This is a really nice looking set of pans. The non-stick coating is amazing, the rubber-coated handles are comfortable, and having glass lids on the pots is really nice.
