i have loved cooking with this set it is a learning curve but with practice i will get better, I was able to make pancakes and eggs with out it sticking as long as i kept the butter going or some oil.

The perfect pan for almost everything! I purchased this pan originally with a specific use in mind, but find I'm using it almost all the time. It cleans easily and works great on my induction stovetop.

They work well with any food your cook. A learning curve for me lehen it comes to cleaning these but so far it has been easy to clean them up and have them shining again ready to go for the next meal!

One thing I noticed it cooked my food slower than usual it’s difficult to explain. It took longer to burn some chicken which I liked. It’s stainless steel so that promising. The handle has a nice shape and it’s a sleek design. The heat distribution was even at all time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bobby flay GreenPan stainless steel frypan set is very nice. First of, they have a good look to them in all stainless steel. They are both pretty big, but the 12” is huge. They heat up evenly, and the best part is the handle does not get hot to the touch unlike pans we have had in the past. They cleaned up very easily, and look just as nice now as when we got them.

They heat very evenly and if you heat them up before cooking, the food doesn’t stick to them which makes them easy to clean. My favorite thing about the stainless steel is that it’s non-toxic so I’m hoping to have these for a long time. I just wish they came with lids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like a professional chef using these pans. They’re stylish, sleek looking pans that have a nice weight to them. They heat up quickly, cook evenly, retain the heat and give a great sear. I have a ceramic top stove, and they work great on it without scratching the stovetop. I preheat them, use a bit of oil (no nonstick spray) and they’re virtually nonstick. They clean up nicely and if they have few spots, I use a magic eraser or BarKeeper’s to keep them shining. I can use any utensil without them scratching like nonstick pans will. The 12” inch size is great for when I’m cooking for the family and the 10” inch size is my go-to pan when I’m cooking for just me and my husband.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loving these Bobby Flay stainless steel pans! The sizes are great for small and large cooking. I’ve used these all week for everything from quick stirfrys, to steaks pan grilled and pan broiled in the oven! They work GREAT. As with all stainless steel steel pans, it’s all in the heating of the pan before adding fat/ingredients. And these work great for heat distribution and I haven’t experienced any issues. We are I. The process of replacing our cookware with stainless steel and these are the perfect addition into our kitchen. Great weight in the hand for sautéing with ease and heavy enough to feel great in the hand. Loving the added versatility of cooktop to oven cooking. Cleaning is simple and stubborn stains lift easily with barkeepers friend if needed. Overall loving the pans and the brand and will be investing in more.

I have not had this pan very long. I was excited to get it. After not that much use and being careful with heating temperatures the pan has decidedly bowed up in the middle. I was hoping not to experience this as it’s a sign of an inferior product. This should not happen after so little use. I had high hopes as the non stick qualities seem excellent.

With that said, I really liked these - they heated evenly and got super hot but were still easily cleaned after use. They’re a bit heavy but that’s the nature of them anyways. Love that you can go straight from stovetop to oven as well.

Such a great pan. Good for sauces and larger stir frys, love the slightly angled side which makes it easy to stir and add ingredients. Glass lid is also helpful to keep eye on cooking.

Love this pan! Needed a larger nonstick with more surface area and this one is great, works well on induction cooktops, and is very easy to clean. Also love the glass lid.

Easy to cook on and clean. Food does not stick. Food cooked evenly.
