Sleep soundly with Coffea —
I've used Coffea in the past for a restful sleep. I bought this for my father who's had the worst sleep for years. After hearing his complaints I bought this for him and I am so happy to say he has been sleeping great since using Coffea — he told me he can even recall his dreams and it really helped him have more ease and less stressed because of sleeping better!! I ran across Coffea Cruda by mistake and didn't take it for several months. Then one night when I could not sleep I remembered I had these, so I took 5 of them and went back to bed and within 10 minutes I could feel myself slowly drop each thing that I had rattling around in my mind, that was keeping me awake. Now I take it each night and fall right to sleep.

Great night time remedy!
Love this remedy for the days I make the mistake of having coffee or tea after lunch. It helps calm my mind just enough to keep the dreaded over-ruminator at bay and allow me to get to sleep. :-).

Wonderful little pellets
