After using this product a few times I would have to say the results were hit-or-miss for me. The first time I tried them I didn't notice a difference. But by second and third times, although it was not an incredibly marked difference, there was some improvement. Enough to notice I wasn't spiraling out as much as Inwas before taking the pellets. So I would say anything that helps, use it. I like that the pellets dissolve with little to no taste to them, although it takes a little bit of time. And the fact that you don't need food or water to take them and that they travel easily are all a plus for me. These are something I plan on keeping with me for the future as I did not feel any side effects, and they did seem to help at times. And anything to help with my self-care routine when it comes to mental health is a plus.
