Woke during the night with an EXTREMELY sore throat. Expereinced immediate relief as well as some sinus clearing, which was not even aware sinuses were stuffy! Now with the hint of a sore throat, immediate relief at hand. And a short lived cold!

After 4 hours I felt 90% better, really the flu always puts me in bed for two weeks and this medicine is really magical. This actually arrived just in the nick of time as I started with the flu and was able to take this right away. I shot up to 103 with terrible aches and chills. But the next day i was at 100 and by day 3 my fever completely broke. It was the shortest duration I have ever had and very thankful for this product
