Description
With Good & Gather™ All Natural* Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, you can always be ready for cooking up a wide variety of your favorite recipes. This pack of boneless, skinless chicken breast contains chicken raised with no added hormones or steroids** and no antibiotics ever. Plus, it comes in a convenient resealable bag so you can keep it in your freezer and only take out the amount you need for a recipe. With this 2.5lb bag of chicken breast with rib meat, you'll be ready cook up stir fry, enchiladas, casseroles and more for yourself and your family.*Contains no artificial ingredients & only minimally processed.**Federal Regulations prohibit the use of added hormones or steroids in chicken.
Directions
Chicken needs to be fully cooked.
OVEN
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Arrange up to 6 frozen chicken breasts on rimmed baking pan (line with foil for easy cleanup). Season as desired.
3. Bake 55 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. (Bake thawed chicken 40 to 45 minutes or until fully cooked.)
ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER (6-qt.)
1. Combine entire package frozen chicken and 1 cup water (or broth) in pot.
2. Cover, lock lid and position steam valve to seal. Select PRESSURE COOK on HIGH for 14 minutes.
3. Allow pressure to release naturally for 20 minutes then carefully turn steam valve to vent to quick release. Shred or chop chicken to use in recipes as desired. Great for sandwiches!
For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer.
Appliances may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
To Thaw: Place in baking pan with sides and refrigerate 1 to 2 days. For best results when breading or marinating frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under running water for about 1 minute.

Sooooo Juicy!
Following the package directions on the back they turned out absolutely delicious! I drizzled olive oil, gave a generous shake of dill, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, and baked uncovered for an hour. Some of the juiciest chicken breasts I’ve ever had! We will absolutely be buying these again.

Why did sizes change?
I've bought this chicken for several years. Gets high ratings on the Environmental Working Group website. The package says there are 11 4 oz chicken breasts but in the last year, they changed the product and you now get 5-6 very large chicken breasts. As a single person who is often cooking only for myself, I am disappointed with this change.
