A: Hi Bre, thanks for reaching out about BOOX Go 7. While the BOOX Go 7 is designed to work with a magnetic case, it does not consistently come included with the device when purchased. Some sources, particularly the official BOOX website and the European shop, indicate that a magnetic cover might be included as a "free gift" or as part of the package when bought directly. However, other retailers, like Amazon, may not include it. BOOX also sells official magnetic cases specifically for the Go 7 (and Go Color 7) as separate accessories. Therefore, if you want to ensure you receive a case, it's best to check the specific bundle or product description from the retailer you are purchasing from, or be prepared to buy one separately.
