This was a great purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my husband and I have been using it to help me combat osteoporosis, as well. It is easy to adjust and comfortable to lift. This is so compact and doesn't take up the space that several weights would. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to strength train at home. It is 6 kettlebells in 1! The handle is comfortable, the adjustment dial clicks securely in place and Bowflex makes a great quality product!

A good option with limited weights

Great Office Solution!
I work 10 hours a day, and have a three hour round-trip commute, so time is a premium. I brought this variable-weight kettlebell to work to exercise. It is well made, and small so not intrusive. I use it every day at work. Glad I bought it.

I love it! Its in my home office and barely noticeable.
It's in my home office. I pick it up on a training call or listen in, but I get 30 minutes of exercise without noticing or trying. What a great design that is easy to use every day.
