You can use food you could use supplies around the house. It is definitely a beautiful piece and very sturdy. Handles on both sides. It's great to be able to carry around if using for food to bring it outside .

This would work well as a statement piece on a table with items on it or used as a serving tray. I do worry that the wood is a bit fragile and could break easily. This comes at a great price and I reccomend.

It seems really well made and sturdy. I don’t think this could hold and carry around anything super heavy, but is perfect if you’re just using it for a decor or carrying something light. I like that the handles are stationary, so I don’t have to worry about them flopping around.

Initially it looked great, it’s a nice looking basket and a little bigger than I expected. However once I tried to put a plate on it and pick it up, I realized how flimsy the handles were. This basket would be great for decor but not so much as a functional basket unless you don’t plan to use the handles.
