Braun Skin i-Expert PL7243 IPL Device Laser Hair Removal Kit with 3 Smart Heads and Soft Vanity Case

I already have this model Its work well, just broke one of the head and I’m interesting if I can buy a new one just 1 head?

I will return it because The app is not available to use outside the us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this device! It has a great design that is easy to use. I used this on my legs for several weeks and was impressed by the effectiveness. The battery life is also helpful when trying to do large areas.

I have fair skin with dark brown hair, and I connected to and followed the instructions on the app for the first 12 weeks. My leg hair is almost to the point where I want it, but my underarms and bikini area still have some needed lasering before they reach maintenance. At 13 weeks, I went onto the app to do another session and it said I needed to wait a month before I could do another. So I went ahead and used the device but unfortunately wasn’t able to track it. What is the point of having an app if I can’t use it to achieve and track the results I want? The new version with the app is a waste of money after 12 weeks if you still haven’t fully seen the results you want. You might as well get the older version without the app because you won’t be able to track properly anyway.

Being honest I was a little skeptical if I would see real results but i decided to bite the bullet and give it a try I am about 7 weeks into my sessions and my 99% of my under arm hair is gone (just a small spot where I missed remains) I would say my legs are 90% hair free and my bikini area is about 75%. I anticipated my bikini taking about 12 weeks or so before I even started so I am right on track. Overall I am very happy with my results so far and glad I made this purchase! I have light to medium skin with dark brown hair

I was extremely hopeful but once again let down by all of the hype and promises of slower hair regrowth. I’ve used this religiously for months on face, legs and underarms - it has only slowed the regrowth of my underarms. Very disappointed.

I completed the initial safety patch test on my lower arm and the following week proceeded with the lower arm treatment following the instructions on the app. It burned my arm badly at multiple locations. So painful and scarred.

I have been using the IPL for about 8 weeks. I’m honestly stunned with the results. I use the product for my lip/jaw/chin, and have had persistent dark hair growth on and off for years. It has been resolved by laser years ago but reoccurred. I had tried laser again, and no luck. This has worked so well in just 8 weeks and for a fraction of the cost. I’m trying legs and underarms now. I have medium/fair caucasian skin and dark brown and thick hair. I don’t take before and after, but was having serious skin issues from hair growth; including redness, scabs, bumps. It’s mainly already gone and I expect continued improvement.

I thought this 5 weeks ago after dealing with relentlessly dense and wiry hair around my bikini line and in a small area under my chin. I’ve been following the plan for the last 5 weeks and I’m seeing the best results of my life. I know it’s expensive but if you’re struggling and spending a lot to get rid of thick hair, do it. I can’t wait to see what my final results are in another few weeks. The only thing I wish it could do that it doesn’t is scan what part of your body you are treating (kinda like smart toothbrushes) so you can make sure you’re not missing anything. Love it otherwise!

It's been 2 months I have been using it and still no improvement and no change in hair growth or structure. So I gave up, put the machine away, and went to the professional Lazer hair removal spa to get rid of all the hair. So I am very disappointed with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll be very honest - I was scared this would be painful. It’s not at all! You simply feel heat, no pain like waxing or tweezing. I love that this is a longstanding brand with tons of great reviews on devices like this. You scan the code to setup your specific device and its accessories in the app. The app is so wonderful for clear simple step by step instructions on what to do, as well as great visuals and help on scheduling your sessions for each treatment area with reminders. The device scans your skin to get the right intensity, and it nailed it. I like that this includes multiple heads for different treatment areas and a beautiful case. It tells which heads you have, and where to use them within the app too! I am so excited to continue using this from the early results I see. The only thing that might be a nice add is a little more FAQ info, as a first timer I wasn’t sure if I should use deodorant after treating underarms, but I was so relieved to see that this didn’t irritate my somewhat sensitive skin. Such a wonderful product and app for getting rid of unwanted hair safely and painlessly. I highly recommend this product and know you’ll be as happy with it as I am!

I've done *everything* to try to get rid of it or minimize it - waxing, plucking, shaving, epilating, dermaplaning, professional laser treatments. The professional treatments were the best, but they were thousands of dollars and the results were very brief - even with a full year of consistent treatment a lot of hair would return within a month. There was no way that I could continue to spend that kind of money on a temporary solution. I spent hundreds on other brands of at home IPL and they were useless. After seeing so many positive reviews for this Braun IPL I decided to give it a go. The results are so far beyond what I hoped for I could cry. I've been using it twice weekly for two months and there has been a drastic decrease in the amount of hair, texture of hair, hyperpigmentation from years of skin damaging hair removal methods, and a massive improvement to the overall texture of my skin. My constantly embarrassing five o'clock shadow is gone. Some realism: you Must patch test, you Must start at the lowest setting and only work your way up when you know your skin can handle it, you Must follow the directions regarding shaving vs plucking - this is a serious device. Be aware it works best on dark hair and only middling on blonde hair (my dark hair patches are Gone, but the blonde patches are more stubborn). I do use this in combination with tretinoin, which is doable but higher risk. I let my skin get used to the IPL for a month before resuming tretinoin. I have a routine of tretinoin, wait three days, IPL in the morning and tretinoin in the evening, repeat, giving my skin a few days of recovery from the tretinoin before the IPL. I'm not recommending that you do this without patch testing and knowing what your skin can handle, but since I saw so many mixed messages online about it, it's worth mentioning that it may be doable for you.
