Q: Would this work if you’ve already gotten laser hair removal but have stubborn areas and would like to use it for touch ups? What does the 1.5 year removal mean?

A: It depends on the area as we don't want you to use it in places like near your eyes as just one example. You can use this device on those stubborn areas so long as you're using the device as directed. You will see a reduction of hair when used, but it will not last forever if you do not do treatment sessions.

A: It is most effective on light to medium skin tones with hair ranging from natural blonde to dark brown / black. The device is not effective on very blonde, red, grey or white hair where the smaller amount of melanin would not absorb the light energy.

Q: Does this work at 220 V ? If I buy it in the US, will it work in Australia or India?

A: This device has a voltage of 100 - 240 V. It will work in countries with voltage on or between these numbers. You'll need an adapter in order to plug the SmartPlug (Which will convert the voltage) into outlets in other countries.

I did professional laser hair removal TWICE and the hair always comes back. I saw the difference after the first use, and now I just do it once a month to keep hair growth at a minimum. So easy to maintain for a fraction of the price. I pretty much do my whole body and it doesn't take me more than 30 minutes.

I only wish I had started using this sooner! After only a few weeks of use on my bikini area, underarms and upper lip, I started to see results and after 2 months of weekly use, the areas were virtually hair free. It's now been about 6 months since I've had the device and have been using the smallest tip for between my eyebrows and moved on to my legs too with the largest tip. I only do maintenance on my bikini, underarms and upper lip about 1x a month now and they are so smooth.
