Q: Can you use shaving cream with it?

You can use shaving cream if you wish, but please note that the epilator may not perform as effectively, as the tweezers might struggle to grasp the hairs. A: Hi James, Braun Silk-Epil epilators are available with different attachments, depending on which model you choose. For those sensitive areas (bikini line, underarms and face), we offer special attachments. The narrow underarm head is suitable for the bikini line and underarm epilation. The precision head is specifically for the face. We do not recommend using the Silk-Epil on private areas. They are more sensitive: hence, the level of pain will be very high, the bikini area is more manageable, but not the rest.

A: We suggest getting in touch with your doctor to see if our epilators are right for you to use on your face. If it is, we suggest only using the face attachment.

Q: Electric plug or battery? The information says the power source is electrical plug, but then it also says battery only. Then another spot says no batteries. Inconsistent information!

It cut me pretty bad on the first use, and now I’m scared to use it. When I do use it I have to be very slow careful which is really not ideal and quite annoying. I originally bought one off TikTok shop and that one has never hurt me once so when I used this one and it cut me right away I was shocked. Not worth it maybe unless you’re well versed in electric razors .

Works amazing love it for keeping maintence and it was a breeze to use. Shaving has never been easier. Get it! I use it for intimate shaving as other areas have been completely lazered off. I disliked that its so loud for no reason. Should be quiet no one needs to know your shaving.

0/10. I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to use it, and returned it. I’ve been waxing consistently for over a 1yr, and needed to save money. I decided to give this a try, and it was a big mistake this gives you SOOOO many ingrown hairs, plus your hair instantly grows back within a day. Such a waste. Sigh.

The battery life has been great and I tried it on all on legs armpit and private area. I really like this shaver as it works on dry or wet.
