A: Either it’s not chargeable or mine is broken. Super annoying to have a cord. I have to use an extension cord to reach my tub (where I shave so it’s easy to rinse the shaved hair away). But it shaves better than old electric razer

A: Yes! In fact, I only use this epilator for my face. This unit lasts for YEARS. I've had mine for at least 12 years and it's because it's a corded, plug-in model, not chargeable. More power=faster.

Absolutely useless!
Absolutely waste of money! This is sadly another case of I should’ve listened to the reviews. I’m a long time epilator. The one I’ve had for years finally broke and I needed to replace it. This was the only one available at the store, so I had to try it. This thing is worthless as an epilator. I tried it on my legs and not only did it not remove a single hair, it also scratched my legs. The tweezing pieces are so small and few that it couldn’t be effective for hair removal on any part of the body. Back to the store it goes!

This was a great purchase for a first epilator. It was much less expensive than a waxing appointment and I could see if I liked the whole idea. 1. I didn’t have to wait for all my hair to grow long. I just did it. Then I used it regularly as my hair grew out. I think not pulling every single hair out at once maybe helped with the pain. I personally don’t find it too painful (sharp tingles is how I would describe it). 2. I was able to use this on my legs and my bikini area. I used it on the tops of my feet, my underarms, and I even used it on my face. The only place it doesn’t work well is the knees. 3. The light is super helpful! 4. Since it isn’t rechargeable and not a wet/dry device I can only clean it with the brush. I do use alcohol to clean it the best I can. 5. Go slow for the best results. My hair is growing in a lot less and much softer. I used to have to shave daily and now I use this epilator once a week. The hair it leaves is soft and fine. 6. I now know I love using a epilator. I will now invest in a better one with more tweezers and a swiveling head, a wet/dry… all the things because I know I will use it. I don’t regret spending a little on this one to try it out.

Good Beginner Epilator Under $50
I’m a beginner and used this device to start epilating. The pain is no joke first time (the massage roller cap is a godsend), but it got better the second time a week later. My only dislike is it only has 20 tweezers and isn’t cordless, but I knew that before I purchased. The armpit area is not good for me because it’s just too painful, but it looks smooth enough in person. The key is to exfoliate beforehand and stretch the skin as you’re doing it. I’m impressed by how smooth my skin is and how it stays that way longer than when I shave. It’s a good buy if you want to walk in the store and get an epilator for less than $50

Waste of Money
This was very painful to use, while also not actually pulling out every hair. I had to go over the same spot several times leaving my skin with a burning sensation. Also the hair is hard to clean out of the device.

Not effective
Did not pluck hair from the root but rather just broke off the hairs. I made sure the follow directions and all but it did not work as expected. Basically just painful shaving.

Didn't work
I've had an electric razor that is finally dying after 10 years so I picked this one up. It is awful. It didnt remove any hair from my leg but did nic my knee. Im returning it.

Doesnt turn on unless plugged in
For me, this doesn’t work unless it’s plugged in. When I left it for a bit to “charge” it still wouldn’t turn on when not plugged in. The shave is pretty meh, you have to go over a spot multiple times to get all the hair. Haven’t tried the epilator yet but the other reviews seem to advise against that lol

Used Razor in a box
I just bought the item today, it was all taped. Opened it and i found little pieces of hair all over it. This is ridiculous. How can you sell used items Target? That too a razor????

Works but isn't as efficient as other products that do the same.
I have good experience (teen+) with epilators as I try to stay away from razors but can't get around liking this one. This one gives me such a hard time on my armpit and bikini area every time I use it. I don't get bothered by the pain, so that's not an issue for me. However, it tugs so much before it pulls the hairs that it just irritates, and it's annoying. Always find myself bleeding and getting bumps after using it, and I've never had that issue. The trimming and shaving function works fine, but there's also not much to it. Wouldn't buy it knowing what I know now. Deciding if to dump it (but that's wasteful & I feel bad) or to just tough it out until it gives out.

Works well, good for the price
Pretty obsessed with this. I bought it because I was going on vacation and didn’t want to have to worry about shaving every day. Using the epilator on my legs does not phase me. I actually enjoy the feeling. However, I cried the first few times I tried to use it on my underarms. I was only able to do a few quick patches until today - I finally made it through the entire process. There was a lot of blood and irritation. I cleaned my underarms with witch hazel at first but it was still red and bumpy. After that I cleaned my underarms with tea tree oil pads and then my underarms were smooth and back to normal. I have also tried it on my bikini line and had a similar experience to the underarms. Sooo painful and have not yet used it to complete the bikini line. Will try again soon. I do sometimes feel like it pinch-cuts the hairs rather than pinch-pulling. I have no experience with another epilator to compare, but overall I’m very satisfied.
