Dissapointed.
I bought this and it started falling apart within a year. I’ve had other uploads before, and this is the only one that caused my hair is to be grow back inflamed and ingrown. I suggest you pass.

Epilating is not painful. It really isn't. I followed a good protocol with shower to open pores + exfoliating + drying + powdering, and taunting skin. No more waxing. This was a good transition for me. Although this might be the price point, but it's not wireless.

Great product from Braun
This Epilator machine from Braun, it is a great product. I have used for 20 years a Braun epilator that was bought in Europe and lasted for as long as it lasted. It was time to replace it and at the beginning I was skeptical buying this epilator, but once I tried it. I was very happy with it. It comes with 2 replacement heads, for epilator and for shaving. I only use the epilator. I read a lot of reviews about being painful and what not. It’s not painful at all. I noticed that once you remove the pink part that is on top of it. Is more efficient and removes more hair. The best part, no need for charging, you can plug it in and use it, cord is long enough. So far I have used it for 3 months every 2-3 weeks and I’m very happy with it. Thank you Braun for another great product!

Does not charge!!!
Does not charge!!!! More comfortable than other electric shaver but didn’t charge. I had to actually look up on this website to find out it was even supposed to have a battery. Four stars for the comfort of the shaver , 0 stars for charging Boooooo.

Small epilator surface area, takes forever
I liked that this epilator is plug in and I don't have to deal with the issue of diminishing battery life. But, the epilating surface is sooooo small that it takes forever. Especially of you are on the taller side. It takes me almost 40 minutes to do a thorough job on my legs.

Disappointing at best
Nowhere on the box did this say it’s not chargeable and a Q&A here indicated this it was. Huge disappointment as this is messy to use without being in the shower. Very disappointing. Now I’m stuck with it. This doesn’t even begin to address the odd shape of the device.

My favorite epilator!!!
I had an epilator for years that I loved until a couple months ago when it finally gave out. I looked around for a while until I decided on trying this one. I’ve used it for about 6th months now and let me tell you I love it!!! The epilator is great and gets all the hair no problem. The light on it makes it 10 times easier to see that hair as with my old one I would pull out my phone and use its flashlight which was not that easy let me tell you lol. The razor also works great and helps take away hair from places I dare not use an epilator haha. If your looking for a new epilator or wanting to try one for the first time definitely try this one as it’s great!

Worked ok-ish but regrowth phase is not good
I used it on my lower legs only. It was not convenient to have to sit next to the wall with it plugged in as the hairs simply go flying when removed. I should have used an extension cord and sat in the bathtub. It does have a light, which is helpful. It was medium painful. Not necessarily worse than waxing, just much more prolonged pain. Immediately after, I had lots of small raised red bumps. They went away within two days. I don't have particularly thick or coarse leg hair and it didn't get every single hair, had to go back through with tweezers. I wasn't able to tell initially how many of the hairs were removed vs just broken off. My legs looked alright (not great by any means) for about 2 weeks post-epilation. They did maintain a bit of a strawberry-specked appearance. Now that the hair has begun to regrow, I can tell that many were just broken off rather than fully removed. I also have so many hairs that are growing under the skin. Not like fully inflamed ingrown hairs, but hairs that are trapped under a little transparent bit of skin. I have not had this happen with shaving or waxing. In conclusion, I will not be continuing use of this product as an epilator. The regular electric shaving function worked fine so I might keep using it for that. Again though, the short cord is a hassle.

With our Safety Checks, we'd expect those hairs to be removed from the root safely. As the epilator removes hair from the follicle, there is bound to be some discomfort, so for the best results with this device, we first suggest you take a warm bath or shower. After doing so, epilate slowly, and don't press too hard on your skin. This will make the hairs easier to remove which makes them softer. To avoid ingrown hairs, we suggest you exfoliate your skin. This shouldn't be done directly before or after your epilation session. There's nothing more important to us than your satisfaction, safety, and having a quality experience. We're sorry that you didn't get the experience and results you were hoping for but know that while we have quality and safety checks since you're removing hair from the root, there is bound to be some discomfort. For the best results, we first suggest you take a warm bath or shower as it makes the hair easier to remove. If this is the first time you are using an epilator, or it’s been a while since you’ve epilated, shave your longer hairs first. After 1 or 2 weeks, the re-growth of short hairs will be much easier to epilate. While we're sorry it took longer than you were expecting, please keep in mind that you should go slowly for the best results. It should take around 15 minutes per leg.
