I make and drink 3 bags of tea every day to keep my blood pressure at normal levels for me. Depending on what I eat the day before I take my pressure, my normal range is between 119–128 over 77-83. I refuse to submit to taking daily medications to control my BP. The BP tea taste great and a natural inexpensive way to control my blood pressure.

I hope it works, I use a little grape juice to give it some sweetning. I also add a blueberry tea bag to inhance the flavor

No flavor, no aroma, no effectiveness. It says, jasmine added. No hint of jasmine at all. A hay for horses tastes better.

It has an interesting flavor. It's somewhat bitter, but it is also refreshing and tastes healthful. It's tastes fuller than dandelion greens tea, but if you like root-type bitter teas, you will like this. I feel like I'm giving something good to myself when I drink this and I believe it is helping me.
