A: Thank you for the question. The fabric seat does not rotate 360 degrees. The walker does have 2 frontal rolling caster wheels that rotate freely, while the rear wheels glide forward and backwards.

Damaged Item, not much done to resolve
I mainly just wanted to write this to caution others. We purchased this product for our nine month old. Upon opening, the package could clearly see that it was damaged. Possibly, and then repackaged for resale. I called target for some type of resolution and was offered one of two options. One being a 10% discount, The other being to return the item for a new one. The second option wouldn't be so bad if we did not need this for a birthday celebration. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, The representative came back and told me they would not take my call because they had offered all they could. I think I was just disappointed in the minimal effort when paying for a more steeply priced item. We always shop at target but at this point I feel as though we have lost a lot of trust in their way to resolve things and the quality of products that are sent out.

Not enough height
Way too short. My son is 6 months as of yesterday and he’s at the maximum height for it…and I can’t push it on carpet so there’s no way my baby could possibly walk. So cute so I’m disappointed we’ll be returning it

Looks amazing but doesn't move
I just bought this and absolutely love the looks of it and the push walker part. The problem I have ot it, is ints traditional walker mode, the wheels on the back are extremely hard to move so my baby can't actually walk around in it. It is just stuck in one place. It also is impossible to move on our low pile rug. I don't know if the base was designed that way or the once I received is defective.

My son is 8 months and is getting bored with his jumper. We put him in this walker and he's having a hard time, but we do have carpet. He loves to just sit in it and puch buttons though. I gave it 4 starts because it is quite heavy with the car costume on it and it's very rough on carpet compared to other walkers I've used ( my two previous children much older). Also from ones that my friends have used with their children. I will continue to strengthen his little chunk legs to ride this walker though
