Installed this on a fire door at my office and works beautifully! Doesn't add resistance to the door allowing the easy open feature and allows a smooth closing operation without slamming the door closed! Spectacular design easy to install instructions are very user friendly too! Amazing job this product is a Home run!

Something I appreciate about these Brink door closures is the template that is provided. Besides the ease of installation, and the quality of the product, not much else could be improved on. The closer was used on a cabin door that gets open and typically left open and allows all of the AC to escape. Other units have been installed before but with kids being extremely hard on them others have quickly been destroyed. Very happy with this door closure.

The Brinks Commercial door opener works perfectly when properly installed. The directions are easy to follow as long as you are mindful of the swing of your door. It can be easy to install backwards if you are not paying attention with each step. Brinks has many helpful videos online if needed. It doesn't take long from start to finish and is very simple to adjust the speed once installed. Overall a great product!

This product is excellent for my commercial properties. It is compatible with most commercial doors, meets ANSI Grade 1 requirements, is ASA compliant, and has a 180-degree opening range. It also adds security and safety, as the door closer controls the closing and latching of the door. Great product.

Very easy to install. It replaced an older model and took only 5 mins to install. Very little and simple adjustments. Worked way better than the previous one.

I don't have to replace many door closers as I have used old ones in the past or the new door came with a set. However recently I replaced a door closer that was in a main service hallway. Instructions were easy and the installation went smooth. Operation of the door is easy and the closer is working like expected. I plan to use this closer again when I need to.

The smaller size of this and it's durability made it a great choice to put on the door of one of the offices in a building where the guys who office it was had a lot of people leave his door open and he would have phone calls where that door needed to be close.

Very smooth device! Instructions were not the easiest to read. That's my biggest complaint. But we figured it out and it's really not that complicated to begin with. I've installed other closers but none have been quite as smooth or feel as precise as this one. It's top notch.

The door closer is a very needed item that good to have at home. I am so glad I have one for my door . It was very easy to install on my front door of my home. Now I will have a piece of mind that the door is alway close. And it is a very sturdy product that assured me that I am safe at my house. This opener is built very solid. The action is fluid and nearly silent. I am using this for a deer blind trap door, so the install is custom. But, the closer is plenty strong and super smooth. I included photos of the instructions with dimensions, for others wanting this information.

This is a super heavy duty door closer. Heavy is an appropriate description. It is apparently for commercial property and must be top of the line. I can see that it is high quality and I would no doubt recommend it if I was in a commercial business. I see it is touted as exceptionally well reviewed by customers who use it. However I can't use it and have requested to return it to the sender.

So glad to have this door closer! It was fairly easy to install - took me about 30 minutes. The casing is made of metal so it will last a long time. I had a door closer that had a plastic casting installed before (see holes in door in some of the pictures) and the casing started cracking over time from excessive use.
