To remove, shampoo out. Formulated to work on blondes, highlighted or gray hair. No lumps, no bumps and no transfer to clothing.
Instructions:
1. Apply to your hair using a tint brush or your fingertips. You can build color to achieve the result you want.
2. Leave to dry naturally or blow-dry and style.
3. Shampoo to remove.

I used the blue and the pink, both colors transferred to fabric AND stained it. It was also super flakey once it dried, which made it hard to style because every brush through brought out more flakes. Don't recommend.

Color is not non permanent!! The color does not wash out shampooed multiple times and did not come out.. I’m worried my blonde is now ruined
