Q: The main button on the blanket keeps blinking, what does that mean?
A: That happened to me twice and I just unplugged and plugged it back, and it resolved the issue. It was also, plugged in my bad outlet so could be an electrical issue as well.

Q: Hi I wanted to ask if this blanket allows for the user to charge it using the plug in, then unplug it and still be able to access the heat feature, or does it have to be plugged in at all times for the heating feature to be active?
