The perfect heated throw!
I absolutely love this heated blanket. It’s the perfect size to keep on the couch, and it looks just like a regular blanket as opposed to the more stiff, bulky heated blankets. I use it on my bed as well and it’s perfect because it fits my side only (my husband runs hot so he doesn’t want it).

Felt it was worth sharing so you can decide if it's wirth the hassle or not. Blanket works great out of the box and super soft. However, it's shedding worse than a little animal. Every time I turn around I've got to pick up grey chunks of fabric all over the couch and carpet. Suck a disappointment for Brookstone.

not sure what the one stars are on about... I bought this a few days ago and have been using it near constantly since purchase. I have very sensitive skin and it's super duper soft and very warm. Gives me fresh out of the dryer blanket vibes and I am very pleased! The only thing I find a little strange is that it's called "hot coffee" for color but...this blanket is definitely grey and not coffee colored which is fine, because I didn't want a brown blanket anyway. Just an odd choice of color name.

Doesn't heat that well
It’s super cute and soft, but I expected it to get really warm on the highest setting. Some parts of the blanket feel like there is no heat at all. It’s pretty lukewarm at best. Also I keep accidentally touching the button in the corner to turn the heat up or down. We will use it but we bought another one to try out.
