Delayed feedback

I am rating this printer as three stars. If it lasts longer than my previous Brother printer, which became unusable and irreparable, then I will update my review. I was disappointed with the previous printer, but I decided to give Brother one more shot.

Never got it to work wirelessly.

I would give this machine five stars if I could get the wireless part to work. My husband and I sent spent several days on it. It’s the first time we’ve been defeated!

So far so good

So far so good! Ive had it for a month. Easy set up. print and scan is quick and quiet. My last printer (canon)lasted about a year before it started throwing error codes that were hard to address and ultimately more work thannit was worth. I like the fact that i dont need to buy ink and i dont use it constantly so i shouldnt have to worry about dried up ink.

Great Printer

Perfect printer for my needs. I print from my phone as I don’t have a computer . Set up was easy although I was afraid I might need help but didn’t. love the idea that it’s a toner not print cartridges like I’ve had in the past.

Outstanding Printer Value

Our previous Brother laser printer lasted us more than 15 years, and it was still working fine when we gave it to our son. This DCPL2640DW appears to be the same kind of dependable workhorse, except with wifi and two-sided printing capabilities. It's excellent value.

Excellent printer & scanner. It is so easy to install & use. Printer usually is no brainier but the scanner also is so amazingly easy to use. I love this machine. I can't say enough of good things.
