Just what I was looking for
This is a TRUE ivory which is apparently hard to find based on some of the other items I have purchased and had to return. I have a 18" bed frame with a 12" mattress and it is the PERFECT height. On the tallest setting it hits at exactly the top of the mattress. The headboard was not compatible with my zinus frame but we ziptied it on and pushed it against the wall and it is secure and good. Love it! I did scotchguard it to be on the safe side.

Black marks
The headboard was a great price and style but when we received it there were several short 1” or so black marks on it. We were able to get rid of half of them with soap and water but several that would not go away. We tried ordering another one and had the same issue. Too many lack marks on a white headboard to keep. Very disappointing

Works for a tall bed
When the headboard is set to the max height, the bottom of the headboard is 28" from the floor. The headboard itself is 26" tall at its tallest point (without the legs), which makes 54" the tallest option. It was tall enough for my very tall bed. My main complaint is that the bolts to attach the headboard to a bedframe are only 28mm long (1.10"); which wasn't long enough to go through the legs of my bedframe. I will have to buy longer bolts before I can use the headboard. Not a terrible thing for such an inexpensive headboard, however, a bit inconvenient to discover once your bed is the middle of the room and there is no hardware store nearby. Something to note is that the top/sides of the headboard outside the rivets isn't really padded; so I'll have to be careful sitting back too quickly to make sure I don't bang my head.
