Came pink and got worse in the wash

Despite our best efforts to set the red, the tufted white areas in the picture where pink upon arrival and you can see how it bled even though we used the coldest water, vinegar and salt trick to try and keep it from bleeding further. Not sure I will be able to return it, but certainly going to try. Also, it is very thin, absolutely nothing to the sheet itself, all the weight is in the tufted parts
