This preworkout is very effective and provides a lot of caffeine quickly. After taking this, the focus is strong and the workout is top notch. I would say out of all preworkouts I've used, this has been by far the quickest acting, which is helpful when waking up right before a workout. Tastes good too! I was given this product for free in exchange for my review.

As a crossfit athlete, I am always pushing myself and looking for a pre-workout that can take me to that next level. When I had the opportunity to try Woke AF in exchange for a review--that was great way to try a new pre-workout. A scoop was provided for easy measuring and the WOKE AF nicely dissovled in my water and had a good flavor with a little kick. My body was ready sooner to start my workout with a shorter warm up time. I had more energy throughout my crossfit training and was able to push myself more giving me a great workout! I recommend WOKE AF to anyone wanting more energy to begin and throughout your workout.

This product has a great taste and is efficient in getting the job done before working out. It felt like a great rush that is needed to get a good workout in. The flavor was delicious and great for this summer heat. I did receive this product for free in exchange for my review.
