need to be snigg enough so they don't leak but not too tight!
they don't have blowout pocked at the back so they need to be snugg, as any other Diaper, so they don’t leak from the back when baby has blowout. Gassy babies do have blowouts, it's normal. they are very gentle and soft to skin and don’t leave wrinkles on yhe skin or red marks from elastics - again depend on how tight you put them on. if they are too tight there WILL BE marks, as from any other Diaper. the key with any diaper is to make them not to tight but snugg enough so they don't leak. Also making yhem too tight is putiong a pressure on baby's tommy. imagine wearing tight jeans with belt that presses on yor belly - you can't poop or releace gases - so do babies. I absolutely do reccomended these diapers because they are extrimely soft and have great absorption, in fact they lasted whole night and survived 3 breastfeeding: one 6 hours apart and two 4 hours apart! this is pretty impressive! so you don't need overnight diapers.

I wanted to love these due to their great price and coupons but they are not working out. My son leaks out of them 90% of the time. This is after one pee. They are very cute and soft just aren’t a great fit for boys.

i don’t typically write reviews but when it comes to baby items, especially diapers, i want to help other moms out!! i was very strict on diapers and only had my baby in millie moon. well, target was out of her size so i did research on bumbum and it had good reviews so i said let’s try it! let me say, these are very comparable to millie moon. very soft, good on size (runs slightly larger than millie moon) and hold up well - absolutely no leaks! this is the cheaper version of millie moon!!

Not the best diaper
If my baby (3 months) is in these diapers for longer than 2 hours, he leaks. I used pampers Pure before these and I feel like those fit a little bigger and are a tad more stretchy. These diapers are pretty stiff. Maybe I’ll size up but I can’t wait for this box to be empty.

Unfortunately they leak through on my boy. He pees up his back. Or when he slept for 5.5 hours it wasn’t absorbent enough and he soaked through his sleeper, sleep sack and the bassinet sheet. I think they would be better for chunkier babies. Very soft though.
