Somehow the house is filthy after just a day or two of not vacuuming. I previously had the Roomba i9 and while it worked well, some spots would inevitably be missed and it didn’t mop. This product fixes those problems! It seems to have mapped my house better and the floors always look great afterward. I set it to run while my baby is napping and I don’t have to worry about him learning to crawl on a dirty floor when he wakes up! It truly saves me so much time that I’ve given the Roomba to a relative. The corner sweeping is also much improved and overall just seems like a higher quality, smarter product. I would absolutely recommend this product to any parents or pet owners who just need the place clean without a headache!

I and my wide tried to keep up with the cleaning but it was proving difficult with our day jobs. This robot is the complete package tgat vacuums our carpet and vaccums and mops the hard floor in the kitchen at the same time. It is easy to program and the app works really well. Saves us a lot of time and efforts. And now we don't have to worry about cleaning.

It's so easy to set up the app works well, Suction is good trap size is significant that you can empty it after each cleaning cycle, don't have to interrupt it during a cleaning to empty it (unless your place is a total mess) just make sure to clear its way so it cleans every spot. The mop function is easy to handle and this robot mopped our entire house well. My floors are extremely clean! No hair or debris! So far, so good. Overall, we are still extremely pleased with the shark robot vacuum and mop.

The vacuum first maps out the rooms you want it to "learn" and from there it will run around the house cleaning at the push of a button. It's super easy to set up and works well with the app. Even if you have items in the way from the original mapping (like a moved chair), it will touch it and realize that its there and then navigate around it. I've always had a manual vacuum so to switch over to this has been a game changer for me. I just set it to run around the house and then go about my business while it does the cleaning for me.

There’s some spots it can’t read, such as under appliances but it reduces my need to vacuum using a classic vacuum to only 1 time a month and the house stays super clean when it runs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shark IQ robot vacuum and mop works good. It does row by row cleaning to cover all areas. I have a dog that sheds and it helps to daily use this to keep the dog hair under control. It has sonic mopping which works great to stay on top of daily cleaning however it doesn’t replace the deep cleaning you will still want to do. There is an app you can control your vacuum with to set up cleanings. Overall, it does a nice job.

The app is easy to use to get it running and set up. The robot was not loud at all during operation and did not freak out my cats as well when it was running which is always a concern for me when changing things in the house. I am currently only utilizing the vacuum feature to keep pet hair under control on my hard kitchen floors and noticed that it does pick up quite a bit in the hopper when I empty it. As far as the construction of this robot it does seem to be build well and does not feel cheaply built. Visually the vacuum appears pleasant as well which is important as it is visible at all times along my kitchen wall. I utilize this to maintain clean floors until I do a deep clean manually every other week on my hard kitchen floor. This is working out for me and I am happy with the cleaning results this gives me until I do my manual deep clean. I think this will hold up well for quite some time.

Once I got it put together, it was easy to set on the homebase and then let it do its job. It does a decent job of vacuuming/mopping. I have tile that has a lot of texture so I dont think it is the best for my floors but all in all it works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Shark IQ 2-in-1 Robot several weeks ago and i have found it to be super easy to use. It works well for both vacuming and mopping. Set up was so easy. The app was easy to use and can set boundaries. Overall the Shark IQ 2-in-1 Robot RV2400WD Series is really nice, mops great and has great suction. I LOVE, LOVE , LOVE this robot floor cleaner. Just remove the protective film from the robot, place the dock in a spot that has 3 feet on either side and 5 feet in front of it with a good WIFI signal, and power. Attach the brush and put it on the dock. Charging starts automatically. The first charge may take 6 hours. Once charged, you can download the app and finish the process in the app, it walks you through the entire setup. The robot scans your house and makes a map. You can choose areas where you don’t want it to go, and you can also set it a schedule for when you want it to clean. You can have it do a full clean or spot clean a specific area. You can also set it up to mop at the same time as it vacuums, which is really convenient. The robot returns to the dock when it’s finished. This robot works really well. I feel like it does an amazing job at keeping my floors clean with minimal effort on my part. I would absolutely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's working great so far. Setup was easy - the app walks you through the process and everything was pretty easy to understand. The mapping and room naming functionality, as well as the ability to set no go zones and carpet areas during initial setup is definitely great to have and makes regular usage quite convenient. As someone with a mix of carpet and hard floors, the ability to both mop and vacuum in one device is great. Both functions work well and having your hose cleaned without being there cerainly beats having to do it yourself. Not having a self emptying base makes this version slightly less convenient, but having to empty the robot certainly is not bad. I'm liking what I'm seeing from it so far, and would definitely recommend and get it again.

I like the fact that it scanned the entire house and then gave me the option of places I do not want the robot to be in. Being able to control it from my phone is so easy. So far it's kept the floors so clean, I don't have any complaints at all. If you're going to get a smart robot to care for your flooring this is the one you want to try.

Being a first timer, I was a bit hesitant to use this and skeptical about how effective this would be. It so happened that I had a flooring project at home. At the end of the day, it was really tiresome, and vacuuming the dust was way tiring for me. This Shark vacuum arrived just at the right time. I utilized this to vacuum under beds and hard-to-reach floor areas, like also under tables and couches. I am impressed at the first use. I never realized how much dust went under the bed. I will surely use this whenever I can. It saved me time and effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great robot vacuum and mop system. For the vacuum it is pretty powerful and cleans thoroughly, quickly, and quietly. For mopping you add a water tank to its back and a mopping pad. It basically vacuums from the front and then applies a small amount of cleaning liquid and mops up behind it. It works pretty well! The floors are slightly damp but clea ln and dry quickly. The app is easy to use and the mapping functions are top notch. My only complaint is that it can’t tell the difference between carpet and hardwood floors so you have to define. The mopping areas pretty specifically.

If effectively cleans the floors and is compatible with my phone. I love that you can set up times and is so easy to set up. It does not bump into furniture and is quiet considering it is a vacuum. The vacuum needed to charge for quite awhile before I could start mapping my house. It did a decent job but portions of the map were inaccurate. The device got stuck on some of the legs of my chairs. I had to change the home location because it would often take 10 mins to dock back. You should expect to spend some time setting up and troubleshooting. The mop feature left my hardwood floors feeling sticky. I wish it mapped more of the house as it completed more and more cleans. Overall I am happy to add it to my home but it did have some issues initially.

We have hardwood floors and for this to vacuum and mop at the same time…it’s a huge help for an empty nester that doesn’t want to clean house anymore!

It can handle a decent amount of grit, and can keep the house clean between deep cleans. It’s not however, designed to replace your at-home deep cleans. It can handle pet hair well and can handle obstacles and no-go rooms as well. One thing that this could stand to improve on is noting differences between rugs and hardwood floors for the mopping option. I haven’t figured out how to do that yet.
