Should really be sold in a tube or pot, because it's WAY too thick for the pump. The formula itself is nice & there's no noticeable scent. But in order for me to use it, I had to completely wash out the pump and add some warm water to it. Shook it up quite a bit to get everything to mix, and then it finally worked. Super disappointed. If they sell it in a different container, I'd probably consider repurchasing.

Bought this for my daughter few weeks ago. Was cleaning her shower and saw the bottle still full. I asked her why she stopped using it and she tells me it smelled weird. I tried it and it smelled awful. Like terribly disgusting strong chemical smell. Had to throw it right away.

The packaging is really convenient and I like it and I got the no sent one so I’m not really sure about that And the ingredients are good.

i've become sensitive and this is well tolerated. the texture of this lotion is great and it is lighter texture/moisture but thats where the positives end. once you put it on it has a tacky feeling like it's just sitting on top of your skin rather than rly sinking in. i put this on after i shower before getting into bed and the next day i can still feel it sitting on my skin and feel it come off in the shower. definitely not something enjoyable during hot, humid summer weather.

Fantastic lotion, horrible bottle design!! This lotion is thick, but not greasy and absorbs quickly. Great for my sensitive skin and no fragrance. However, the bottle design is so horrible that I will no longer be purchasing this product! The pump is no longer effective when a considerable amount of lotion remains in the bottle and trying to get it out of a square bottle that cannot be squeezed is frustrating to say the least. Even storing it upside down does not help....the lotion inside is thick and does not come to the opening without repeatedly banging it into your hand, while simultaneously flinging wildly onto other objects. I've decided my love of the product is no longer worth the work and frustration of trying to use it.

It's a lightweight lotion, and very comparable to Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Cream. It's a nice unscented and goopy formula, but the downside is that it is incredibly hard to get out of the bottle with the pump, even after shaking the bottle to shift the cream for the straw part of the pump to pierce through. I mixed in some jojoba oil and gave the bottle a shake to get the lotion through the pump, which worked. I hope Byoma at least changes the packaging because if not for the great formula it is so hard to actually get the product out to use. A tub container without a pump makes the most sense.

This solves that issue. It’s super light but extremely nurturing. I love that it doesn’t have fragrance it’s gentle enough for me to use it on my baby. I absolutely love it and will continue to use it.

I had purchased it before and the pump stopped working to pull the lotion. I had originally thought my last bottle was defective and thought I’d try it again. What a big mistake I enjoyed the lotion until around the 5th day of using it. Even though the bottle had lotion the pump was not pulling any so I resorted to taking the pump off and banging the bottle in my hand to try to get the lotion out. What a waste of money. Very disappointing when the lotion is great quality but the packaging is terrible and it’s a struggle to get the lotion out of the bottle. I will not be purchasing again unless the packaging changes.
