C&S 11.75 Oz. High Energy Treat Suet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bird feed really does what it says it will. We have had such a variety of birds in our yard. The most recent visitors are goldfinches. We’ve also seen cardinals, woodpeckers, blue jays, mourning doves, grackles, and more. Highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am doing this review for the Central Home Pet & Garden Campaign. I'm so happy I signed up for this campaign because I have never had the opportunity to set up any type of bird feeder. I purchased these C&S High Energy Suet dough cakes and placed it in a suet cage with another cake. I waited till the last week of campaign because I live in the mountains and It's still fairly cool and snow is still on the ground but the birds are out in the morning until around 2pm when the sun is the warmest. I been trying to catch the Robin and the Sparrow nibbling on the actual cake but they fly away so fast. I managed to get a couple pictures of them across the way on a tree. They snack and then they fly away, they seem to enjoy little nibbles throughout the day. I definitely recommend these suet cakes. These suet cakes are for year round feeding for wild birds which is a huge plus because I live in a rural mountain area and the birds are usually here all year and even outside singing on a snowy sunny morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this suet cake as it’s easy to open and fill my suet cage. This one is wrapped so that the suet sits in a tray and can be easily inserted into the feeder. Other brands I’ve used were just in a plastic wrapper and often crumbled while opening and were a mess to use. Both birds and squirrels love eating this suet cake. It’s fun to watch the various birds that our feeder attacks. I am participating in a CashBack program regarding this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying it in a hot day it melted and it was messy. I saw birds coming but next time I will buy the not melt kind. The price is reasonable and the birds love it. I recommend to use paper towels as they are greasy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the suet cakes yesterday and put them outside for my birds. It seemed to attract all different kinds From chickadees to Cardinals. I like the fact that there’s corn in the suet but the best part is it’s made in the USA.

Great energy provider for feeding. Easy to use, just pop into suet hanger. Like that it's made in the USA. Good bulk purchase for an avid bird watcher.

I purchase it in bulk- because it is very cost effective- and it is nice NEVER running out! I have noticed that the variety of birds I get really enjoy the small millet seed in this- as well as the larger Safflower seeds. This Spring I am looking forward to hanging a multi varied seed and this high energy suet- I usually have a vast array of birds- lets see what this brings in!!

The price on this suet can't be beat. My wild birds are very happy. It is their favorite type.
