Can get a little gritty if you don't shake the bottle well or let it sit to long. Gave a good amount engery as well.

It mixes smoothly with water, no clumps great texture and the taste is surprisingly good for a creatine product. I’ve noticed an improvement in my workout endurance and muscle recovery. It doesn’t upset my stomach like some other creatines do, and I feel like I' would be getting great value for the price. Definitely a solid addition to my supplement stack.

I’ve been using the Cellucor Fruit Punch COR-Performance Creatine for a while, and it definitely delivers on strength and endurance. The fruit punch flavor is decent, but it does use artificial flavors (which is something I actively try to avoid). My main complaint is that it doesn’t mix as smoothly as I’d like—there’s often some clumping left at the bottom even after shaking. That said, the performance benefits are noticeable, so I still give it 4 stars overall.
