I love Califia products but this blonde roast is not good. Perhaps I got a bad jug but it tastes almost sour, not bitter but sour. It’s very unpleasant.

this had an odd aftertaste kind of like it was burnt? dirty water? idk it also tastes more like water than it does coffee. would not recommend this kind. la colombe makes an incredible cold brew that still tastes like coffee after you add cream, get that instead

It has a weird taste compared to other brands. It was tolerable but I’d rather buy Stok or even the store brands from places like Wegmans or Hannaford. This just wasn’t my favorite taste and I want to enjoy my coffee, not try to choke it down. :)

on't let the awful 1 star reviews steer you from trying this coffee. I absolutely love it. For economical reasons, I try making my own cold brew, but I'll buy this when it goes on sale at my grocery store which is about once a month and they sell out quickly when it does. I love the mission of this brand as well. I look for coffee brands that are doing their part in supporting people and the environment so this one is at the top of my list. I highly recommend trying it yourself!

This is my absolve favorite cold brew on the market particularly because of the taste. You can taste the cacao and brown sugar notes. Yes it’s not as strong as other cold brews. It’s a blonde roast y’all. It’s absolutely delicious with a splash of your fav creamer. Now to be clear I do not like the other cold brews from this brand such as the red labeled one. I only like the yellow (blonde roast) label. I think the flavor profile is better than the Starbucks, Stok, and laColombe cold brew. 2nd best is the Starbucks cold brew. Completely recommend!
