This is a nice, fruity olive oil. Well balanced flavor. One of the reviews says this is a fake olive oil because it is "blended." Well, this is definitely not fake! It is 100% pure olive oil. It is called a blended oil because olive oil from different parts of the world are blended together to create this delicious oil. Give it a try!

Dark glass jar✔️extra virgin✔️cold pressed or expeller pressed✔️put a wee bit in your mouth, at first tastes oily and bland, a little like olives, then fury sensation✔️ That means the ingredients that clean out your veins and brain of plaque are still good. This oil has it! Use at room temp, do not heat or the fresh ingredients are now just fat. But for the taste or if it's all you have, go ahead and use it whatever way. Put in a small separate jar with dry seasonings for two weeks and it takes on the flavor of the seasonings, including chili flakes. Excellent hot oil.

This EVOO has gotten me through the pandemic! The large size is great because I use a lot of this on a weekly basis. It has a super fresh, grassy, but subtle flavor and is perfect for roasting veggies, marinating chicken and other meats, putting on steaks before grilling, using as a base for sauces and dressings, and on its own as a dip for bread.

Hands down the best olive oil! I used to buy mine directly from Spain, but shipping was a little crazy. After trying different brands, I’ve settled for this one. It is amazing. Full of flavor, full of taste, and smooth. I sometimes have a spoonful when I feel cravings kicking in or when I know I haven’t had sufficient good fats during the day.

So many so called great Olive Oils are not pure Olive Oil . This product is the real deal as it passes the Refrigerator Test shows it is 100 % Olive Olive . It is Cold Pressed and shows the Harvest date on the bottle which is key.

After learning that not all olive oil's are created equal a search revealed that California Olive Ranch one of the best, tried and true. Apparently there many popular brands that aren't real olive oil at all. I use this for cooking and for salad dressings. It has a clean taste (when used alone), drizzled over oven roasted veggies and also pairs well will butter when browning stove top. The quality and value hands down beats all other brands we have tried. Looking forward to trying the butter flavored!
