There is a playlist that functions like regular multiplayer modes but with the over the shoulder view. Here is some more information located on the games wiki: "In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, the 3rd Person Mode is available in various modes featuring two teams of 6 players. Unlike the previous games however, the camera will be put in first-person view when aiming down sight regardless of the weapon used."
