I liked the cooking surface, however the handle got hot unlike earlier versions and I would not recommend. I also would prefer it have a lid.

Not my favorite from Calphalon
Handles are hollow and get hotter faster than previous pans. They also drip water through them all over my counter when washing if I don’t remember to angle them correctly. Feel much lighter weight and less durable than previous pans I’ve had. I’ll use them but wouldn’t buy again.

Hot Handle - Dont Recommend
We were hoping to replace an old calphalone set that was very good quality. This new ones handles get uncomfortably hot. My mom put a cast iron handle cover on it to keep from burning herself. The flame does NOT need to be that high for the handle to heat up, despite what the company response to a similar review said. It's also thinner than our previous one. Not good quality at all. Not sure if target takes returns since we threw away the cover so we may be stuck with it. Very disappointing. Seems like all the reviews that were collected from a promotion rated these pans very high while all the other reviews rated them very low. Seems a little dishonest to me.

Unfortunately these pans are a huge fail and dangerous and should be recalled ASAP! The handles get extremely hot and burn your hands. Avoid at all costs!

Disappointed
The quality of these pans has diminished. Previously purchased a set every 5 years or so. This set has hollow handles and the pans are very, very thin.

Decent skillets!

I have made multiple food items in these pans and have also fried tacos and the skillets were perfect and up to the task! It did get a few scratches after a few uses so be careful! Otherwise great set of skillets!

I was holding out until I moved but these are incredible! They are non-stick, true to that word. Very easy to clean as nothing sticks. The price point is a little steep but for a good set of pans that will last you years, absolutely worth it. These are made very well and very sturdy pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed cooking with these pans! They cook very evenly and have a great nonstick finish. I also love how easy they are to clean. The bits of dried and cooked food wiped off with ease which means no endless scrubbing to get them clean, the food just slides right out. I also really love that these are dishwasher safe and held up really well after being cleaned. The handles also did not get hot on the stove which is nice because I’ve sustained plenty of burns from trying to grab a hot pan handle. Overall these are really amazing quality for the price!

Perfect for my breakfast eggs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very durable pan, it’s versatile and you can cook anything on it since it’s non stick. I found that cleaning it was easy. The only time I’ve struggled to clean it was when i made toast in it, as it would slightly burn. The heat distribution was even so it made the perfect runny and crispy egg.
