I recently bought the Camp

I recently bought the Camp Chef Pro 16, and after putting it through a full week of cooking for 20 people—three meals a day during our family reunion—I can confidently say: I love this beast. This thing is an absolute workhorse. From pancakes, French toast, and eggs in the morning to burgers, brats, cheesesteaks and fajitas at night, the Pro 16 handled everything with ease. The three powerful burners gave me plenty of space to multitask, and the heat control was excellent—even across the full griddle surface. I paired it with the full size griddle. I also used it for steaming and huge vats of Mac and cheese and it easily boils 40qt stock pots of water. Setup was simple, it fires up instantly, and cleanup was surprisingly manageable even after a full day of use. It’s seems rugged, reliable so far (only been a couple weeks), and clearly built for serious outdoor cooking. The Camp Chef Pro 16 turned our outdoor kitchen into the heart of the reunion. Everyone was impressed, and I genuinely don’t think we could’ve pulled off feeding 20 people so smoothly without it just with the indoor cook top. Highly recommended if you're cooking for a crowd or want a versatile setup for camping, reunions, or backyard feasts.

Great Stove. I own three total, but this one is our elk camp stove. We use it 3 weeks per year and it's buried in a stash on our property the rest of the year. It's been up there for 18 years and fires up every time we pull it out. We also have the two burner and three burner griddle that have lasted since our very first three burner stove over 20 years ago.

As a guide company, we use Camp Chef products for our back country camping trips and this 3 burner stove is awesome! With the griddle and BBQ attachments, our guests can cook anything they want! High quality and durable. It's heavy but portable - love that it is a stand alone unit!

Shop around because Target is $20 over the regular price even compared to Campchef website. They wouldn't price match either. This is true price gouging.

We use this all the time, but especially in the summer so that our kitchen doesn't get any more heat, thus saving money by lightening our a/c burden. Natural gas conversion made this convenient for our patio. In our second summer and we are using this with gratitude that it is such a great item that puts out BTUs adequate for pizza and wok cooking.

Love this stove. Lots of BTUs and space for multiple big pots and pans. Small problem though. Chrome plating is coming off the grill after a single use. Is there a fox for this!

I bought this camp stove last year. With three burners I am able to BBQ and have two additional burners. I love the fact that it can be folded down and moved for storing. While it is heavy, the wheels help to move it. This year I’ll be canning outside using all three burners.

The grill is well built and easy to setup/tear down. Comparing it to other grills its got everything you need any nothing you don't. Simplicity is king with less things to break or replace over time. I was surprised how powerful the grill is and that the adjustment allows for a lot of finesse when cooking. Usually you get one or the other but this one has both.
Really like it

This is a great unit. I decided on this for the portability. I initially purchased the 2 burner griddle, but soon got the full size 3 burner. It's so nice having a large cooking surface, and having the mess outside. I love cast iron so this was an easy transition. It's not light, so take that into consideration. There are only a few minor complaints. First I live in a pretty windy area and I do have days the burners get blown out. I try to put up barriers, but there are days I'm relighting a lot. The fold out shelves are not real sturdy. They have the small fold out handles that support them, but those don't stick out very far and the shelves flex. So far I've always had a place to set stuff other than them, so it hasn't affected me. And when the shelves are folded in, they have little clip things on the sides which are supposed to keep them from opening while carrying, they don't work all that well. I have to find some kind of strap or latch. But overall I recommend this.

Just purchased this Pro90X in December 2020 to add to a Pro90X I purchased in September 2019. I also have the 3 Burner Expedition 3X stove I bought at Costco about 10 years ago which is still working great, I have all these stoves because at Christmas time my family makes Tamales and over the years this process just keeps getting Bigger and Bigger! The 3 burner stoves are the perfect size for me to fit 2 each 52 quart tamale steamer pots on them. Each pot holds about 100 Tamales and they get very heavy with the weight of the water and the tamales in them. The 3 burner stoves handle all that weight just fine and with the 30K BTU burners, they steam the Tamales in 4 hours easily on low flame once the water is boiling. I also like the folding legs and the built in ignitors on the Pro90X. I also have 16" single and double griddles, and a 16" 2 Burner Grill Box and a 16" 2 burner Pizza oven for these stoves as well as a 14" Single burner stove too. I have used and enjoyed Camp Chef stoves and accessories for decades now and highly recommend them all! I have no affiliation with Camp chef at all other than I just love their stuff! and I am not paid for any endorsements. ( although, that would be nice!...LOL!)

I bought the 3 burner stove approximately 7 years ago. It went along on most monthly campouts with the scouts plus when we camping as a family AND used it in my outdoor kitchen at home. Controlling the heat is important to me because we eat 4 star meals. I'm looking at replacing it soon.
