Q: I received my pillows and the tags were cut off and the pillows were just in a plastic bag, is this normal? I am not even sure if these are the correct pillows.

Disappointed should have known something was different came rolled up in a box not in the usual zipper bag with her name on it haven’t lasted 2 months already squished I tried processing a replacement for the firm but their processing a return instead.
