Q: I ordered a set of the Queen Med and a Queen Firm. Both sets had no shipping label and nothing on packaging stating which is the medium and which is the firm. How do I tell apart? Both look identical.

Q: I received my pillows and the tags were cut off and the pillows were just in a plastic bag, is this normal? I am not even sure if these are the correct pillows.

Fluffed up the pillows as instructed. Looked good, but when I went to bed, they went flat! Its like they are only half filled and the rest is air! Very strange pillows. Unfortunately I threw my old pillows away so can't return these. Very disappointed. Will need to get something else. Maybe ordering pillows online is a mistake.

Disappointed should have known something was different came rolled up in a box not in the usual zipper bag with her name on it haven’t lasted 2 months already squished I tried processing a replacement for the firm but their processing a return instead. I guess I’ll be moving on to a different brand after many years of being happy with this product

I’ve been buying these pillows for 3.5 years. Yes they break down but they are the best floppy and squishy pillows ever. I roll a lot in my sleep and I get migraines. I carry these with me everywhere and on vacation I can’t sleep without them. My sisters have taken a set from me. I just love them. I reccomend the king size and then stuffing them into a Queen case when they start to break in. 100% my favorite and you can’t beat the price either.

They're great pillows. We use them as shams and they keep their shape nice and provide nice support. I didn't want firm so the medium work well for me providing support when reading and they have a nice full appearance. Super affordable option as well.
