Nicely weighted sauce pan
I was pleased that the 3 quart saucepan was nicely weighted—-not too heavy and not too light, had a well defined edge that allowed easy pouring of liquids, and ceramic glazing of the interior surface looked even applied. I have some 100% ceramic sauce pans, and they are *much* heavier and more challenging to lift and drain than this metal all-ceramic coated product from Caraway.

Nice Upgrade
After years of mismatched and cheap pots, we decided to upgrade. Much research was done to identify exactly what we wanted for our cooking style. Finally settling on Caraway Ceramic cookware. It’s beautiful and we have been pleased with its performance. Our first piece has gotten nearly daily use for the last 5 months and it still looks new. More importantly, it heats evenly and is substantial enough that we don’t worry about food burning or having hot spots.
