    I really want to love this... but

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who tries to avoid synthetic materials and chemicals, I was really excited about this baking set, and really hoped it would deliver. I have been using these for about a year now, and am disappointed with how they perform. I am finding the cooking surfaces to get scratches so easily and the baking sheets deform their shapes in the oven at anything above 400 F. I follow the care guidelines to the letter and feel like I am putting more care and protection into these items than I do my own children. I use only a microfibre towel, never use anything that could possibly scratch the surface when removing the food, store them in the provided container, never put them in the dishwasher, and yet I still get scratches on the cooking surface. These are lovely items, but the cost is not worth having to treat them like a priceless work of art.

    Excited to add to the collection

    It all began with my initial purchase—the 10.5-inch frying pan. I’m expanding my collection with the bakeware set and other items that will replace my harmful cookware. Looking forward to baking with my toddler this season.

    AMAZING...at first. Doesn’t last.

    I bought the baking set and it was quite an investment for me but I wanted something safe that would last. Everyone told me Caraway. I decided to make the investment and it was INCREDIBLE....for the first 6 months the nonstick worked really well and clean up was SO easy, just a warm soapy sponge would get the pans sparkling, no scrubbing necessary. The more I used the pans, however, the harder they became to clean. Discoloration began to appear that no amount of hot water baking soda or vinegar would touch. I need a new pan now, but for the price and only getting 6 good months of use, I think I will try another brand first.
