A: The set is weather resistant, but not weather proof. It is recommended to cover the set with an outdoor furniture cover when not in use to limit exposure to the elements.

It arrived with a broken piece. To get a replacement, I have to package the whole thing back up and try and get it to a store or the post office. It is too heavy for me to do that, which is why I had it delivered in the first place. So now I have to decide if I want to eat the cost or try and repair the broken piece on my own. This is just not okay.
